Complete Chaos On Melbourne's Trains

There are major delays on just about every Melbourne train network with a police incident stopping trains on the city loop.

All services were stopped between Flinders St and Southern Cross Station, causing the delays.

A trespasser was reportedly on the tracks between the two stations.

He was reportedly spotted taking photos of trains while on the tracks.

Metro Trains have tweeted saying the services have resumed, but major delays are still expected due to the long standstill.
