Toowoomba is not a small country town anymore, the region is getting bigger every day - but what does the Garden City need to become Australia's next big city?

Leading demographer, Simon Kuestenmacher, joins Lee for breakfast to tell us just that.

He said Toowoomba's strong middle class was a huge positive for the region, but locals needed to take a few more steps if they hoped the region would grow.
